Iona is a semi-detached cottage in a traditional Cornish village. It has a lovely garden with two lawns, trees and shrubs, barbecue and garden furniture. Iona has been totally refurbished to provide a very comfortable, centrally heated, cosy cottage.
Situated just 4 miles off the A30 and only 2 miles to Eden and 5 miles to nearest beaches, it is ideal for touring the whole of Cornwall from its central position.
There are good pubs and restaurants within a short drive.
The accommodation is on two floors;
Ground floor: Large newly fitted kitchen with Electric cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/freezer, Ample cupboard space, Ample utensils/crockery etc. A washing machine, tumble dryer and boiler is provided in an outside utility room. A breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the dining area, which has dining table & 4 chairs, further cupboard space, CD/Cassette/Radio. The kitchen opens into the rear of the property leading directly to a lawned garden with furniture, BBQ and clothes line. The lounge has comfortable seating and television. An electric fire is provided to supplement the central heating if required.
