The Pippins is a NON SMOKING family home situated in the sought after residential area of Carlyon Bay, close to the golf course, beaches and coastal footpath.
The accommodation is a self-contained ground floor suite which is an extension to the family home. It has its own entrance and has ample car parking. Recently refurbished, the suite consists of three rooms - entrance sitting room with TV, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, table, chairs and sofa bed, a double bedroom with built in wardrobe and a shower room.
A continental breakfast hamper will be supplied each morning containing fresh foods relevant to guests taste.
No dogs please.
