Trevelyan has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It has 3 double bedrooms, one en-suite with shower and 2 with shared or private bathroom with shower. One of the double bedrooms can be used as a family room.
It has a large picturesque garden with woods on two side with sea views over St Austell bay. Guest Lounge with beautiful sea views. Porthpean beach is a five minute walk. At the top of the drive is an 18 hole public golf course with magnificent sea views.
The Eden Project is less than 5 miles away.
