A Mid Terrace Victorian Home built in 1890 set on the western edges of St Austell's town centre. About a 10 minute walk from the town's rail and bus station, Lowarth Gwyth provides a good base for visiting the Cornish Riviera. The Eden Project Branchline runs from the station direct to Eden and many other attractions are within a short drive, train or bus ride. There are several places in St Austell for evening meals ; The Stag Inn, The White Hart Hotel, The Western and The Seven Stars.
Lowarth Gwyth has two comfortably furnished en suite bedrooms - 1 double and 1 family room. The family room sleeps 3 and can also have a cot. This room can also be let as a double or a twin. In addition, we have a further double room with private bathroom. Our dining room overlooks an established evergreen garden with abundant birdlife we're up close and personal not like the Travelodge and our breakfasts will set you up for the day.
Off-road parking at rear gives access to attractively planted back garden with variety of bulbs, shrubs and climbers.
