Holly House is a lovely late Victorian house with all old features retained. Spacious rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and colour television. There is a cot available if required.
A good Cornish cooked breakfast is served, using our home-made bread.
We have private parking/garaging for cycles, motorbikes and cars. Your pets are welcome, but please bring their bedding.
St Austell is a small Market Town in Mid-Cornwall 2 miles from the coast. We are situated 5 mins walk to the town centre and 5-screen Cinema. 15 mins. from bus and train station. The Eden Project is 4 miles away, Heligan Gardens 6 miles. Fishing villages of Fowey and Mevagissey are nearby, 18th century working harbour at Charlestown with its Tall ships 2 miles away.
Central location for exploring Mid Cornwall. Bodmin Moor and the North Coast. Easy access to the South Coast Path, local beaches and the Cornish Way Cycle Path.
