Merrifield Mews is quietly situated in Charlestown village - a Georgian harbour village, originally built by Sir Charles Rashleigh for the export of China Clay. The harbour is now the home port of Square Sail's fleet of square-rigged sailing ships, often used in filming both in the port and on the high seas. A superb heritage centre in the village tells the tale of the the bustling port's village life in the 19th Century. There are several good eating places, pubs etc in the village and nearby, about a 5 or 10 minute stroll down to the harbourside.
Merrifield Mews is an 'individually designed' modern house and has 2 ensuite rooms available for guests; 1 luxury double en suite with bath and shower, 1 double en suite with shower only. Both rooms have tea & coffee facilities plus colour television etc.
A third room, a twin bedroom is situated between the double rooms and has adjacent doors with both double rooms. The Twin room can therefore be made available for occasions when family or friends travelling together can use the en suite facilities of the appropriate double room. Please note : The Twin room is NOT available on its own. Child Price in twin room £20.00 per person.
