A charming cottage overlooking Charlestown's harbour and with tremendous harbour & sea views, Kitty-Witch sleeps up to 6 people. Charlestown has a range of pubs and eating places and is close to the Eden Project and other major attractions of the Cornish Riviera. It's just a few yards from Kitty-Witch to the beaches and the coast path.
The sitting room and dining room are at the front of the cottage and have window seats, with harbour & sea views. Colour television and a 2-seater & 3-seater settee in the lounge. To the rear is the kitchen/breakfast room - the full width of the cottage. The original range is a lovely decorative feature. Cooking facilities now include a built-in double electric oven and a gas hob. There is a fridge and a freezer plus the usual kitchen utilities.
From the kitchen, a porch gives access to a toilet and a utility room, with washing machine and sink, and also the garden. The garden slopes gently up to a patio area and Summer House - these both have splendid views, of course.
The bedrooms on the first floor are; a double and a twin room, both with washbasins and enjoying window seats with views of the harbour and out to sea.
A further bedroom has a single bed with 'truckle bed' underneath for occasional / children's use. There is also a 'garden room' approached from the 1st floor with a sofa bed and assorted easy chairs. There is access from this room to the garden due to the slope on the garden.
There is parking for 1 car immediately outside the cottage. The cottage is centrally heated and also has coal-effect fires in the sitting and dining rooms. All fueld costs are included in the rates. Bed linen is available as required at additional cost.
