Originally built in the 17th Century as an Inn, this historically important, Grade II listed house has a wealth of charm and is packed with character and original features. It has been lovingly restored by its present owners to provide comfortable accommodation.
The Old Duke William is situated about a mile from the Eden Project in one direction and a mile from the Cornish coast in the other. The current local, award-winning pub is only 200 yards away and serves excellent restaurant and bar meals.
The accommodation comprises 2 double en suite rooms. All rooms have colour television, alarm radio and tea & coffee making facilities. Our guests the use of the large, attractive, mature gardens.
