The Annex adjoining the owners property is only 1 1/2 miles from the coast, 1 mile from the town centre, 1-2 miles a choice of 3 golf courses. The comfortable annex has an enclosed back garden with picnic table and barbecue. Electricity, bedding, towels etc are included in the rates charged.
The property is all on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has one double bed plus a single bed. Bedroom 2 has a single bed plus one 'chair bed'. The property can sleep 4-5. There is a bathroom / shower & toilet and a separate toilet.
The property has a colour television & video.
There is wheelchair access throughout but has not been fully converted for all levels of disability. Please make further enquiries to ensure that the property is suitable for your disability.
