Little Gem is a one-bedroom apartment with a sunny, south-facing garden enjoying distant sea views over Carlyon Bay. Guests have the use of two reclining 'steamer' sunloungers plus patio table & chairs with parasol.
Entrance is through the patio doors that lead into a spacious lounge with dining area & fitted kitchenette. There a comfortable 3-seater settee, colour television with Freeview and DVD player. The dining area to the rear of the lounge is complemented by a fitted kitchenette unit. It is compact but includes a fridge, 2-plate hob and microwave with grill. There is also a Dualit mini-oven, toaster, kettle etc and sufficient china, glassware, cutlery and utensils for up to 4 people.
The property can only sleep 2 adults but there is a travel cot and a high-chair available for babies.
The double bedroom has an en suite bath/shower room with glass shower splash guard.
Little Gem is a modern, stylish property in a quiet location in Carlyon Bay, close to the coast and within walking distance of several highly recommended restaurants. The lovely Georgian harbour village of Charlestown is can be reached by walking a short way along the coastpath and has a number of pubs, restaurants and cafes. It is the home port for the Square Sail fleet of square-rigged sailing ships. The Eden Project is about 2 or 3 miles away and many other major attractions are only a short drive.
There is parking for one car.
Short Breaks are welcome at any time of year, please ask for the dates that you want.
The property does have a swimming pool but we regret that this is currently NOT available for the use of guests staying at Little Gem.
