Very comfortable, newly refurbished accommodation within a short walk of St Austell's town centre & convenient for visiting Heligan Gardens, the Eden Project, Charlestown, Mevagissey & Fowey.
The accommodation offers 3 individually designed, Double rooms. 2 rooms have en suite facilities, the other has a private bath room immediately adjacent. All have tea & coffee facilities, a welcome pack including fresh fruit, chocolates etc, and flat-screen colour televisions with Freeview.
A good Cornish breakfast, using local produce whenever possible, is served in the conservatory overlooking the gardens. Evening meals are available if required.
There is ample private parking.
