A lovely family or adult group holiday house on the outskirts of St Austell town centre, just 5 minutes walk into the town centre for shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs etc. The house has been tastefully restored to retain period features throughout.
It's a great base for touring Cornwall as it's within easy reach of the A30, the renowned Eden Project, Heligan and Lanhydrock Gardens. The south coast; Pentewan beach, Mevagissey, Charlestown and Fowey are all close by. The north coast & surfing beaches are within 20 miles. Access by air is via Newquay Cornwall airport. St Austell has a mainline rail & coach station.
The house sleeps 10 people; 3 Double and 2 Twin bedrooms with two 'Jack & Jill' bathrooms upstairs.
The are 2 large, sunny, reception rooms at the front of the ground floor. Open plan kitchen/breakfast room with Aga & gas hob, 2 friges and dishwasher. Separate Dining room and cloakroom.
Overlooking open countryside, yet within a few minutes of the town centre, access is from a cul-de-sac via a gravel drive with parking for 5 cars. The house has a large walled garden with sun terrace to the rear and is supplied with patio furniture.
