Fowenn Rudh is a modern, newly refurbished ground floor apartment situated on the southern outskirts of St. Austell. Its central location makes it an ideal base for exploring the beauty of Cornwall whether by car, foot or cycle.
The property is within easy reach of all the local beauty spots and amenities. The historic port of Charlestown, Porthpean Beach and two golf courses are all within 5 minutes drive. The Eden Project and Heligan Gardens are only 10 minutes away and, being so central means the surfing beaches of Newquay, the hidden beauty of the Roseland Peninsula or the picturesque port of Fowey are all easily accessible.
The accommodation has a light, airy, spacious double bedroom, with all linen provided. The tastefully decorated open plan living room has a leather recliner plus an occasional use small double bed settee. It is attached to a well-equipped kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The compact bathroom has natural stone travertine tiles on the walls and floor, which complement the new white bathroom suite. There is a bath with a powerful shower over. Bathroom towels are also provided. There is a door that links the flat to the main part of the house, which is lockable from both sides, to ensure complete privacy.
Freeview TV, plus a DVD player and a selection of DVD’s, books and games are provided for your relaxation and enjoyment. Free WiFi is available on request.
