Little Grey Cottage is in a secluded position, approached down a long private lane, just outside the village of Trethurgy and yet with easy access from both the A30 and the A390.
The cottage was built in the early 1800s as a tinners's cottage and is set in three-quarter's of an acre garden. Since then it has been tastefully renovated and much expanded so to be called a "cottage" is now somewhat misleading !
The house is quite extensive and offers comfortable en suite accommodation in 2 double rooms and also 1 twin bedded room with private shower room. Little Grey Cottage is only a half-mile from the Eden Project by road or you can walk along the bridleway to Eden to take advantage of the special discount entry price at Eden.
