Spindrift is a comfortable modern home, in an elevated position, on the fringe of the hamlet of London apprentice - central for touring Cornwall. Mevagissey a picturesque fishing village is 4 miles away. The nearest beaches at Carlyon Bay and Pentewan are 2 miles. Charlestown, the Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, cliff walks and National trust properties are all within a short distance.
Polgooth village is 1 mile with local shop and village pub. There is also a local shop /fish & chip shop - Queenies - and a restaurant in London Apprentice - the Kingswood. There is easy access to the Pentewan Valley Cycle / Walking Trail from London Apperntice. This Trail leads down to Pentewan with a link to Heligan and thence to Mevagissey village
