Bryony Cottage is a 3-bedroomed cottage in the quite hamlet of Rescorla, 1 mile from Luxulyan - recently announced as a World Heritage Site. The Eden Project is close by and there are several cycling walking, off-road trails, part of the Cornish Way. St Austell is about 3 miles, Fowey about 5 miles distant.
Bryony Cottage has an open plan lounge/diner(29ft x 13ft) with exposed beams and part stone walling. There is a wood-burning stove. There are 2 leather sofas and a sofa bed plus colour television with digit-box, DVD and CD player. There is a pay phone available.
The fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom, with bath & shower over, toilet and basin is downstairs.
Upstairs, there is a large double with french-style bed, wardrobe and drawers. There is also a twin bedded room and a single bedroom. All bedding and bed linen is included.
