Kellys Barn is a brand new luxury barn conversion set in 4 acres of grounds on the South Coast of Cornwall. This beautiful barn offers 2 double bedrooms, including one with en suite shower room, in addition to a single bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a Whirlpool bath.
The kitchen comes fully fitted with a Marshall Range cooker which provides the central heating, hot water and cooking facilities. The kitchen also has a microwave/oven, fridge and dishwasher. The barn’s water supply comes direct from our private spring!
The barn has a large open plan living area with tiled floor and LCD TV. Patio doors lead out from the living area onto a private gravel patio. To the front of the barn is a spacious decking area with table and chairs leading into a large garden with orchard and trampoline for the kids.
There is parking for 2 cars and bikes. Pets are most welcome as are children and the property is suitable for wheel chair users.
Water, electricity, linen and towels are provided and included in the price.
