Lovely Georgian farmhouse, tucked away off Par Moor Road. Very near coastpath, situated by Carlyon Bay golf course and close to Carlyon Bay beaches. Around the bay is Par Beach, Polkerris Cove, and the literary town of Fowey. Inland, it's only a couple of miles to the Eden Project, the China Clay Country Park is just a little further west.
The property comprises: On entering the front door, to the right, a large kitchen / dining room with newly refitted kitchen: Electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. Large dining table with view out to front garden. To the left is the lounge with double sofa bed, further comfortable seating and colour television.
The stairs lead up to the first floor which has 2 en suite bedrooms; 1 Twin or Double bed (zip&link) with en suite shower room, 1 Four-poster Double room with en suite shower room. Both rooms look out over the front garden.
Outside, the secluded front garden has patio table and chairs and parking for at least one car. The house faces west, you can relax and enjoy the evening sun whilst you cook a barbecue supper.
The resident owners have a dog and a cat but regret that they are unable to accommodate visitors' pets.
