Situated in Gorran Haven, a quiet, seaside village with lovely sandy beach, ideal for the family. The village is virtually surrounded by land owned by the National Trust, including much of the coastline. The Lost Gardens of Heligan is only a short drive and the tranquil Roseland Peninsula with its many sheltered bays, beaches and pleasant villages adjoins the area to the west.
The property consists of a wide hallway which leads to :
a large wet room with full facilties, full shower (with optional pressure jets, including twin basin,
a brand new kitchen with microwave, electric oven etc
a very large lounge / dining room
a large bathroom, again with twin basins, and a double-size bath with overhead shower
The property has 3 bedrooms: All of these can be either Doubles or Twins - with Zip-and-Link beds they can be arranged to your own requirements. Bed linen and All towels are provided, including beach towels
The property is all on one-level and may be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
There is a double parking space plus street parking.
The garden has a decked patio, steps down to an alfrecso eating area with an integral barbecue, and lawn. It is a secluded and sheltered garden yet with excellent views across the sea and countryside. A herb garden is located next to barbecue to enhance your alfreco efforts!.
